This is version 2 of the Reckon One API.

Gets an estimate template for the specified book.

Get a template.

GET /5af6572c-9771-4b86-995d-3374d3bc683c/templates/estimates/9daff407-c6f8-492b-8ba2-bf6a94078fa9
